The website is operated by The Waffle Co. (“we”, “us”) in British Columbia. The Waffle Co. locations in Canada are independently owned and operated franchises.

Menu, prices and hours

Menu items, prices, promotions and availability can vary by location and change without notice. Photos are for illustration; actual items may look different.

We try to keep hours and location details accurate, but holiday hours and closures may not be reflected. Call your location to confirm.

Allergens and dietary information

Everything we serve is 100% eggless. We do not use eggs or any ingredients containing egg. Our kitchens and brand are halal certified.

Our kitchens handle peanuts, tree nuts (including hazelnuts and pistachios), milk, wheat, gluten and soy. These allergens are ingredients in some items, and other items may come into contact with them. We cannot guarantee any item is free of these allergens.

If you have a food allergy or dietary need, speak to staff before ordering. Ingredients and suppliers may change, so always check in store.

Ordering, catering and rewards

We don’t sell products directly on this website. Delivery orders are placed with Uber Eats or DoorDash, and their terms apply to pricing, delivery, refunds and issues with your order.

Submitting a catering request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written quote and pay any required deposit.

Waffle Rewards is run through Square. Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and the program may change or end at any time. Participating locations may vary.

Content and links

The Waffle Co. name, logo, photos, videos and website content are owned by The Waffle Co. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

When you send us a message or form, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Please don’t submit anything unlawful, abusive or confidential you don’t want us to see.

This website links to third-party sites such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Square, Google, Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

Liability, law and contact

The website is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, The Waffle Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or third-party services linked from it.
